Shipping & Delivery
Upon order confirmation, please allow up to 36 hours for order processing. Generally, most parcels will be delivered within 3 -5 working days. For items that is preorder / restock, that will take about 2-3 weeks.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery. All returns expenses is at the expense of the customer and must be done via tracked shipping to ensure that the items is delivered safely to our office. Goods returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with packaging and labels intact. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us in the soonest time at hei@sovittaa.com and refund will be made through store credit.
